ASTROLOGY IN THE RENAISSANCE and These articles, from the learned Journal of the Warburg Institute, and The Art Bulletin, contain some of the most detailed studies of Astrology in the Renaissance, and especially in Renaissance Art in the form of the great astrological programmatic murals in the Palazzo Del Te in Mantua, and the Villa Farnesina in Rome. Not dealt with here, but equally important - are the Astrological Decan Cycles in the Palazzo Schiafanoia in Ferrara, and the Salone, in Padua, as well as the Tempio Maletestina in Rimini. Fascinating…Golden Moments- Nick Kollerstrom - This is a shortened version of an article published in the UK astrology Quarterly, and reprinted several times. It collects moments when alchemists claim to have made gold, and analyses these 'astrologically' in terms of the celestial aspects then present. They were found to have remarkable features in common.
